YU Televentures has launched their latest flagship, YU Yunicorn, which is the successor to Yutopia. The YU Yunicorn was teased as it will redefine flagships. The phone comes with 4000mAh battery and a fingerprint scanner on the front.
The device comes with a full metal body with a design that looks close to a blend of many other phones out in the market. The phone has a 5.5-inch Full HD display having a pixel density of 401ppi with a 2.5D arc glass. The YU Yunicorn is just 8.15mm thick. The phone is made out of Al-Mg-Mn alloy which has been used on the back, with brushed aluminum finish. YU Yunicorn is powered by the MediaTek Helio P10 Tru octa-core processor clocked at 2 GHz along with dual-core 64-bit Mali-T860 GPU, coupled with 4GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage.
YU Yunicorn runs Android 5.1 Lollipop with the AOS or Android on Steroids which is a custom OS developed by YU Televentures, along with Around YU 2.0 service. The YU Yunicorn has a 13-megapixel rear, with dual LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The rear snapper can capture 1080p. The phone is juiced by a 4000 mAh battery. Connectivity options in the device include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, and the other required connectivity options.
The phone will be launched exclusively on Flipkart and the pricing of the device is Rs. 12,999 for one first one month and then the price will go upto Rs. 14,999. Also, there will be great offers for SBI card users. The device will be made available in four colors- Rush silver, Rush gold, and Graphite. The registration for the flash sale starts at 2PM on Flipkart.
