UMIDIGI, a prominent smartphone maker from China has just announced its Z2 and Z2 Pro flagship smartphones. The company will launch its latest flagships on May 9, but on UMIDIGI’s official website, there are some details about the UMIDIGI Z2 Pro and also, the company is running a Giveaway!

The UMIDIGI Z2 and Z2 Pro have very similar designs and building materials. Both of these devices are made out of metal and glass. Both of the phones have a notch on top of the display and the phones will be available in three colors- Black, Twilight, and Phantom.

UMIDIGI has shared only the UMIDIGI Z2 Pro’s specifications and as per that the phone will feature a 6.2-inch FullHD+ display with a 19:9 aspect ratio. The phone is powered the by the MediaTek Helio P60 64-bit processor, coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. In terms of camera, the phone packs a dual camera setup, on both rear and the front, and the company has used the combination of a 16-megapixel and an 8-megapixel camera. The fingerprint scanner is located on the back, just below the camera module.

There are a few more interesting things about the phone and what it provides to users. The UMIDIGI Z2 Pro runs Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box and there are no skins applied to it, so we can expect buttery smooth performance from the device without any UI lags. In terms of connectivity, there will be no issues at all as the UMIDIGI Z2 Pro will support 36 Global bands, and also the phone supports dual 4G LTE.

The UMIDIGI Z2 Pro rightfully can claim the title of ‘Affordable flagship’ with all the advanced features it has like 15W Fast Wireless charging and 18W Fast Charging, connectivity options like NFC and a few more features that will be revealed on the day it is launched. However, there is no word from the brand regarding the specifications of the UMIDIGI Z2, but we are expecting that it will pack only a lesser amount of RAM and storage probably, but we are trying to get the latest information and will update the same for our readers!
