Oppo has launched their Reno flagship series – Reno and Reno 10x Zoom in India today. The main focus is obviously the 10x lossless hybrid zoom technology and the Shark Fin – pop up selfie camera on both the phones. Oppo also provided Hi-Res and Dolby Atmos support with Game Boost 2.0. Both the phones are of glass-sandwich design and have two color options, Ocean Green and Jet Black. The following are the key specifications & pricing of Oppo Reno & Reno 10x Zoom.
Oppo Reno Key Specifications
Oppo Reno has Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 Processor and Adreno 616 GPU paired with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB inbuilt storage. All these are powered by a 3,765 mAh battery. The latest Android Pie can be seen with ColorOS 6 skin on top (whether you like it or not). It has a 6’4” AMOLED display with the resolution of 2340×1080 at 402 PPI.
A16 MP f2.0 lens can be found in the Shark Fin selfie camera which can record up to 1080p at 30FPS. On the back, it has a 48 MP Sony sensor with f1.7 and a 5 MP f2.4 lens for depth detection. With all these camera features, it can record 4K at 30 FPS and 1080p at 60 FPS.
Oppo Reno 10x Key Specifications
Oppo Reno 10x is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor and Adreno 640 Graphics unit. It comes with two storage options – 6GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB. Oppo Reno 10x also has a bigger 4,065mAh battery inside. The operating system is same as Oppo Reno although it has a bigger display of 6’6” AMOLED panel with 2340×1080 pixel at 387 PPI.
On the front, it has the same 16 MP f2.0 camera. The camera pops-up while taking a selfie or for the face unlock feature and is complemented with the Shark Fin design. The magic happens on the rear side as it has Sony 48 MP f1.7 lens coupled with a larger 8 MP f2.2 lens and a 13 MP f3.0 telephoto lens. The telephoto lens can shoot 10x hybrid loss-less zoom photos. The rear camera can record 4K at 60 FPS.
Oppo Reno & Reno 10x Zoom Pricing and Availability
Both Oppo Reno and Reno 10x Zoom can be pre-ordered from today through Flipkart, Amazon and other online stores. Shipment and local store purchases will start on 7th June. Coming to the pricing, the Oppo Reno is priced at ₹33,000 and Oppo Reno 10x is available at a price of ₹40,000 for 6GB/128GB and the 8GB/256GB will cost ₹50,000.
