Xiaomi Redmi Note is officially launched in India, one more variant of Redmi Note is also set to launch in India, it’s a 4G version, so what’s the difference in Xiaomi Redmi Note vs Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G, is it just 4G capability or some other ? let’s see!

As from the name it says that the main difference in both the smartphones is , one smartphone is capable of 4G connectivity and the other has just 3G connectivity. Is that it ? well it’s not! some major specs variations are there in both the smartphones

Other than these, Redmi Note 4G’s external memory can be expandable upto 64GB whereas Redmi Note can be expandable upto 32GB, moreover there’s a 1000rs price difference in these smartphones, Redmi Note is priced at Rs.8,999/- whereas Redmi Note 4G is priced at Rs.9.999/-

• RAM : 2 GB of RAM

• Sensors : gyroscope, light sensor, accelerometer, proximity sensor and compass.
• Dimensions and weight : 154 x 78.7 x 9.45 millimeters thick. Weight: 199 grams.
• OS :  MIUI v5  (based on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean)

Note that for the flash sale on Dec 2nd, only Redmi Note is set for sale, the 4G variant of Redmi Note will be available from mid-december in selected 6 Circles and is available  only in the Airtel stores (4G connectivity is very limited in India, so for those areas who have 4G connectivity can buy Redmi Note 4G from the nearest Airtel stores)
