In our earlier post, we reported the list of smartphones getting Android 5.0 Lollipop ( confirmed and unconfirmed), and now during this week there were several leaks regarding some devices running on Android 5.0, we thought of making the list of rumors in one article so we constantly update it
The first leak starts with the Samsung Galaxy S5 which was spotted to be running on Android 5.0, but it’s just a preview version ( firmware ) but not the final firmware which was rolled out several days back ( and placed in AOSP), this video clearly explains the features to be seen if Galaxy S5 get’s Android 5.0 update ( Credits: SamMobile)

The predecessor of Galaxy S5- Samsung Galaxy S4 is also spotted running on Android 5.0, pretty much same thing we seen in Galaxy S5, thanks to SAMMOBILE, well it is also not the final version of firmware, just a test version of Android 5.0. but most probably these are the expected features we can see in the real version of Galaxy S4 running on Android 5.0

Now it’s time for LG G3, we have seen several screenshots showing LG G3 running on Android 5.0 Lollipop (leaked version) and as per the source they are confirming that LG G3 is confirmed to get Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and we might see it soon after some weeks, you can see the below screenshot showing the customised notifications and a new UI
Sony also made a video showing Xperia Z3 running on Android 5.0, as we have seen Android 5.0 is made available in the AOSP, Sony made this video by using the AOSP, in the video below you can see Xperia Z1, Xperia Z2 and Xperia Z3 running on Android 5.0 ( AOSP) and from the source it is confirmed that configurations for all the Xperia Z series are completed and we might see the update soon
Coming to Motorola lineup, it is officially confirmed that all the Motorola first Gen and second Gen are supposed to get the Android 5.0 update
Firstly this week we have seen Moto X 2nd Gen is spotted to get the update and it is from the official source, but guess what, now it’s deleted, i mean you can’t see the press release of this update, but we found some images and thanks to Lucas Freeman as he posted the Soak test notifications for the Moto X 2014 Pure edition in his G+ and here is the image
Meanwhile the same thing was spotted in Moto G 2nd Gen too, but it’s source is also deleted now, but you can see the notification image here
We have some reports suggesting Meizu also working on bringing Android 5.0 update to all of its flagship smartphones hoping to see them soon!
