After launching their flagship phone, the LG G3 they are not set to launch a new variant to the G3, which will be a mini variant and will be called as G3 Mini. Although, LG officials did not shared a word about this phone, some of the specifications of the G3 Mini has already been leaked.
According to a listing on Indian import/ export site Zauba, a LG smartphone sporting with model number “LGD722” has been spotted, which is being believed to be the G3 mini. It also suggests the smartphone will have a 4.5-inch display; the flagship has a 5.5-inch display. Other specifications include a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, HD display, 8GB inbuilt storage, a 5-MP rear camera, and a 2100mAh battery. But there is no mention of any option for expandable storage via MicroSD.
According to the latest trend, big brands like Sony, Samsung, LG and HTC have been launching smaller versions of their flagship phones with the tinier ones. HTC has already launched the One Mini 2, while Samsung is expected to announce the Galaxy S5 mini soon. Still, it is not an official news, but looking at the trend, we can expect such a phone from LG.
